Shopping help chat box

You can find the chat box in the bottom right corner. Here you can either talk with us when we are online, or leave a message and we will contact you as soon as we can =)

Register

You can either shop as a guest, or by creating an account. The advantages by creating an account, is that all information will be securely stored, so that you do not have to type it in again at your next visit.  You will also have a full overview of all your orders, tracking numbers etc. All information is stored securely and safely.

Shop what you want

You can find the items you want, either by using the search field, or by using the categories in the left menu. Our items are categorized so that it is easy for you to find what you are looking for. When you have found an item you want, simply click to add it into your shopping basket.

Go to checkout

When you have found all the items you want, and placed them into your shopping cart, it is time to go to checkout. Here you can see all the items you have selected. Fill in your delivery information, prefered payment- and shipping method.

Payment

Select your method of payment in checkout. We offer the following choices: : Klarna Invoice, part-payment or card payment.

Receive your items

Upon completion of the order, you will receive an automated order confirmation on e-mail. Orders With items on Stock will be shipped within 1-3 days. When the order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking number, important information and link to form of regret (papers to use if you regret ordering and want to cancel the purchase of one or more items). Normally, items are ready for pick up at your post Office within 1-3 days (if your delivery adress is in Norway). You can pick up your order at the post Office using your tracking number, or pick up code that the Norwegian post service Posten will send in an SMS or notice in mail.

When your order arrives at the post Office, you have 14 days to collect it. If you do not collect the order within 14 days, it will be returned to us. Posten will then invoice us for shipment to you, and back again. In the event of an un-collected order, you will receive a shipping and administration fee for 600 NOK, to cover these unneccessary expenses.

Delivery

Shipping cost is added to the order depending on weight and size. The package will be shipped with Posten or Bring to your post office, or by home delivery to your door for larger items which must be sent as goods. Most packages are under 10kg, and the shipping rate then is 99 kr.

  • For a package of 0-10 kg shipping rate within Norway is 99 NOK. If the weight is more than 10kg, the shipping rate will be higher. You can see the shipping rate/cost for your order in checkout.

For larger items, where the weight is closer to 60kg +, the shipping rate can cary depending on your adress. The shipping cost can be cheaper than esimated, and you can contact us at info@landstil.com and we will check the cheapest shipping option for you. In very rare cases the shipping cost may be unexpected higher than estimated. If so, we will contact you with information and hear if you want to confirm the order with the shipping price or if you wish to cancel.  We can offer very good shipping rates, and especially between Stavanger – Oslo. You can also chose to pick up the order in our store in Moi. If so, simply contact us to arrange a suitable pick up time.

 Reclamation

Landstil offers 2 years reclamation right, according to Norwegian Kjøpslov (purchase Law). This encompasses producation errors and material errors that occur through normal use of the item. This does not include errors, damages and tear-and-wear, either directly or indirectly, that has occured through wrong use, poor maintenance, violence or un-authorized intrusion. Reclamation because of errors, defects or lackings, which should be discovered by normal inspection of the item, shall be reported to Landstil within reasonable time. The item can then, after contacting us and coming to agreement, be returnede for repair, replacement, or crediting. Relating to reclamation cases, Landstil will pay for shipping cost to return the item within a reasonable amount.

In cases where we are asked to wait with shipping, and keep the items waiting in our storage, the reclamation rights begin the day the order is received.

Return of items are also done to this adress. Along with the item you wish to return, send a good description of the case, such as copy of the order confirmation, copy of previous communications with us etc.

Refund

In cases of cancelled purchases, returned items or items paid in advance, there will be a whole, or partial refund of the purchase price. Refund is normally done through the same channel as payment was placed. Refunds are done through Our accounting company, within 7 days of receiving the returned items.

Rights of regret (Angrerett)

You have 14 days rights of regret from the day you receive the order. To use the right of regret, you must inform us via e-mail to info@landstil.com, or through filling out and returning the rights of regret form (Angrerettsskjema) included in the return of the item. The item can the be returned to us, well and securely packaged and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for the safe return of the item, and also the cost of returning the item. When you want to have the item cost refunded, it will be done through the same payment channel as used when placing the order. If you want to replace or exchange the item with something else, please let us know in the enclosed form.

In regards to special orders, where the customer asks us to order in an item for them, there is no rights of regret.

Used Furniture and items are sold in the condition they are, and can not be returned.
